Selectable MathML

Some webpages include MathML, but the MathML is not selectable. So, when you select content on the webpage and copy it to the clipboard, the MathML is not included.

The following bookmarklet makes the MathML on webpages selectable so that you can copy and paste into apps such as Word and PowerPoint.

1. Add the following link to the bookmarks or favorites bar in the browser. You can go to browser settings to show the bookmarks or favorites bar and then drag and drop the link to it, or use the keyboard to copy the link address, add a new item in the bookmarks or favorites manager, and paste the link address in it.

2. Then load the webpage that has MathML and after the math has finished loading, click the Selectable MathML button on the bookmarks or favorites bar.

Now you can select content on the webpage, copy it, and paste into apps such as Word and PowerPoint and the MathML will be included.
